The USC Culture Journey
The Culture Journey is USC’s university-wide initiative to co-create USC’s values, align the supportive behaviors that bring those values to life, and create opportunities to improve our systems, processes, and culture.
In October 2019, nearly 20,000 of USC’s faculty, staff and students shared their voices on the USC Cultural Values Poll about current and desired values. Click here for the high-level Values Poll results.
From January – March 2020, over 4,000 members of the USC community attended 160+ Town Halls and Discussion Sessions, to hear the Poll results at the USC-wide level, and for each School/Unit. Faculty, Staff and Students discussed their feedback on values identified in the poll, and gave input on behaviors, systems and processes.
