The Help & Hotline is a number that all USC faculty, staff and
students can use to ask questions about applicable laws, regulations
and university policies that may impact their job duties.
The Help and Hotline also can be used to report suspected violations
of law confidentially and without fear of retribution. Anyone who has
knowledge or a good faith belief that an applicable law, regulation,
or university policy has been violated, should report such information
to the Help and Hotline at (213)740-2500.

How does the Help & Hotline work? |
When you call the Help & Hotline, you will hear an
automated message asking the nature of your call. |
- Helpline questions will be referred directly to the Office of Compliance.
- Hotline questions will be referred immediately to a staff member
in the Office of Compliance. Callers will be asked to describe the
nature of the suspected problem at that time.
- Anonymous callers to the Help & Hotline will be provided access
to a restricted mail box whereby they may communicate with a member
of the compliance office staff.
- All hotline calls are investigated thoroughly and promptly.
- THAT IS ALL THERE IS TO IT!
