USC Care Medical Group, USC University Hospital, and USC Norris

All USC providers must be members in good standing with the USC Compliance Program to successfully complete the credentialing and reappointment processes of USC Care and its USC affiliated hospitals.

Requirements to remain in good standing are:

1. Attendance at required educational sessions – ED200
2. Maintenance of acceptable billing and coding practices – Billing
3. Use of the IDX billing system for all private practice activity – Billing
4. Absence of government sanctions CO-105
5. Successful completion of monitoring. MA-500
6. Signed Attestation CO-100
